Valerian converted my garage into a kitchen/diner and my old kitchen into an office. I was very happy with the job he did. Refurbishment & Extension
Full house refurbished and back extension
Valerian has refurbished my whole house and has also built a back extension. It was very easy to work with him and he consulted with me on every decision. The quality of work and time management was very good also. Overall i would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work and a reliable constructor.

Knock two smaller bedrooms into one and change stairs
Valerian and his family are hard working, thorough and have a keen eye for detail. Availability was great and worked well around our work hours. Punctual too! We had two bedrooms to convert into one larger room and it was all complete within 2 weeks including re plastering all walls and ceiling. Also they were so helpful removing unwanted furniture from the room and even put finishing touches up for us like curtain poles and TV bracket. Stuck to the quote well too, the only extra was the re plaster-boarding of the ceiling which could not have been foreseen when quoting but when ceiling tiles were removed it was mutually agreed to replaster-board and the quote was amended. We are really pleased with the job done, speed it was carried out in and the quality of the workmanship. We’ll be having them back soon for our kitchen renovation.

Kitchen maintenance & repair
The job was completed as required and with no issues. The Valden Team plastered and painted a wall and made it good, moved a socket and water spout, chased some pipes and cables into the wall and replaced some flooring. I will likely be using them again.

Taking down wall in kitchen
Valerian and the very skilled team converted a kitchen and bathroom in our Victorian terrace. They worked diligently, cleaned up at the end of every day, were punctual and courteous. Some problems that arose along the way were dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend their services.
